Comprehensive eye examination, diagnosis, treatment and management of various ocular diseases (including conjunctivitis, dry eyes, keratitis, keratoconus, uveitis, cataracts, glaucoma, etc.), general and specialty contact lens fittings and management, Myopia Control, co-management of laser refractive surgery, eyeglass frame styling to meet your lifestyle.
Facilities and Equipment
To augment our diagnostic capabilities, we utilize Autorefractor/ Autokeratometer, Threshold Visual Field testing, Corneal Pachymetry, Corneal Topography, Digital Ocular Photography and Spectral Domain Optical Coherence Tomography (SD-OCT).
Types of Payment Accepted
We accept Cash, Personal Checks, American Express, Master Card, Visa, and Discover.
Insurance Plans
We are providers for VSP (for routine, non medical examinations), Medicare, Cigna PPO, UnitedHealthcare PPO and Blue Shield PPO. Check with our staff if you have other types of coverage.

Community Service As an ongoing effort to support the community, Dr. Collom volunteers at the Samaritan House Clinic in San Mateo to provide eye examinations services to the underserved. We participate in the American Optometric Association InfantSEE program to provide free eye examinations to infants and help educate parents on the importance of regular eye examinations. |

We regularly donate to both the Samaritan House and the Second Harvest Food Bank.
We also collect old eyeglasses, including sunglasses and over-the-counter readers, for the Lions Club to donate towards the Optometry schools. The Optometry students, in turn, take those eyeglasses on volunteer trips to help people in need around the world.
Lastly, we collect new or used crayons towards The Crayon Initiative. They recycle the crayons into new ones and donate them back to schools, hospitals, arts programs and other organizations invested in our children.
